A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and you will receive an email from the carrier with instructions re: tracking, delivery times, etc.
Low Flat Rate
Orders below £200 incur a flat shipping rate of £4.99. We strive to keep this as low as possible by negotiating with our carriers. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased via this online store and not any other channel. Items must be returned in their original condition including any original outer packaging. Shipping, handling and insurance charges of the return are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed to be borne by Zeus prior to any return.

Refunds Policy
If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been received, inspected and accepted. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item (via the email address associated with the account involved). We will immediately notify you (via the email address associated with the account involved) on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days (usually 2/3 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies. In some circumstances we may also credit your online account with an agreed amount in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
