Who are Zeus?

Established in 1998, Zeus Packaging Group has grown significantly from its base in Dublin. We now employ people all over the world at our sites in Ireland, UK, Northern Ireland, Germany, Spain, Poland, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and China. See more on our "About Us" page

Is it safe to buy from Zeus?

Shipping

Where do Zeus ship to?

Zeus ships to Ireland and the UK.

Where do my Zeus packages ship from?

Zeus orders are delivered from our fulfillment center based in Birmingham, UK and on some occasions from our warehouse in Rathcoole, Dublin.

When will I get my Stuff?

All orders are processed as soon as possible. 

UK: Orders placed before 15.00 are usually delivered within 2 business days.

Ireland: Orders placed before 15.00 are usually delivered on the next business day.

How do I get Free Shipping?

We currently offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £49

We currently offer free shipping in Ireland on orders over €49

How much is Shipping if I'm below the Free Delivery Threshold?

In the UK, orders under £49 inc vat incur a flat charge of only £4.99

In the Ireland, orders under €49 inc vat incur a flat charge of only €5.99

What courier do you use?

Other than orders fulfilled by our own fleet, shipments are delivered by DPD.

What days do you deliver?

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

How do I track my order?

Please note that we will provide a tracking number for all orders. This number is allocated to and updated on the order when the order is handed over to the courier. Orders are picked and dispatched overnight so the tracking number may take a little while to actually appear in your account.

My Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us via phone as soon as possible.

We aim to process orders asap so please contact us within 1 hour for cancellation. Unfortunately, after this time we wont be able to cancel the order but once the items have arrived, you can initiate a return.


Loyalty Program - Zeus Points

How do Zeus points work? 

In Ireland, you earn 1 point for every €1 spent. Each point is worth €0.10 cent. Example: 10 points is worth €1 off any order.

In the UK, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Each point is worth £0.10 pence. Example: 10 points is worth £1 off any order.

Can my Zeus points be used on sale items?

Yes, you can use your points on sale items.

Will my Zeus points expire?

Good news, your points will never expire.

What do I do if I haven't received my Zeus points?

Please contact us if you encounter any issue relating to your points.

What will happen to my Zeus points if I return product/order?

If you used points to help pay for the order in question, these points will be refunded back onto your account.

How do I know how many Zeus points I've got?

You can check your points balance on your My Account page. Your balance is displayed in the top right-hand corner.

Is there a minimum Zeus points balance for redemption?

You must have at least 10 points to redeem against an order.

Can I choose how many Zeus points I want to redeem on an order?

Yes, you are in control of this. When you get to the payment page for an order, you can select how many points to redeem against the order.

How do I know how many points I earn on each product?

The number of points earned will be displayed on each product page.

Can my Zeus points pay for delivery charges?

Yes, you can use your points as payment for delivery.

Can I earn Zeus points on the cost of delivery?

No, the cost of delivery is not included when calculating points earned on an order.


My Account

Can I change my address details?

You can easily change your delivery address, set your default delivery address and enter/delete addresses by visiting the account section on the site.

How do I see my order history?

You can see your order history by visiting the Order History page in the account section on the site.


Returns

How do I return a product?

At Zeus we take pride in our quality products and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

Why do I have to contact you before I return stuff?

Certain items are non-returnable; that's why we ask you to give us a shout before you attempt a return because we may just tell you to hold on to it (whilst still refunding you).

What is Zeus’ return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Give us a shout if unsure.

What is Zeus' B2B offering?

This website is part of a larger company - Zeus Packaging - The Zeus B2B offering consists of 5000+ products across industrial packaging, food and retail packaging, janitorial and hygiene supplies, hospitality supplies, agricultural packaging and fashion retail supplies.

How do I get a trade account?

Unfortunately, trade accounts are not yet available in the UK

What are the advantages of a trade account?

Advantages of a trade account would be 5000 plus products, larger pack quantities, wholesale pricing, scheduled free deliveries, credit accounts and direct account support.
